Lanzamos tu tienda provides design, setup and launch services for online stores on the Shopify platform. Lanzamos tu tienda is not affiliated with or part of Shopify Inc.; Shopify is a registered trademark of its owner.

Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms. The content is owned by the site owner or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Terms of service

• The quote generated on the website is an estimate and is confirmed in writing before work begins.
• No upfront payment is requested: the store is built and shown to the client before payment.
• One round of changes on the preview is included. Additional changes are quoted separately.
• After full payment, ownership of the Shopify store is transferred to the client.
• The Shopify subscription plan, domains, themes and paid apps are not included; the client purchases and pays for them directly with each provider.
• Card payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which may act as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Bank transfer is also accepted.

Privacy policy

Purpose: to handle your requests, prepare quotes, provide the contracted service, issue invoices and communicate with you about your project.

Legal basis: your consent when submitting the forms and the performance of pre-contractual measures and the contract. Invoicing is based on compliance with legal obligations.

Recipients: providers needed to deliver the service (web hosting, email, the Dodo Payments payment gateway, Shopify) with appropriate safeguards. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods (e.g. tax obligations).

Rights: you can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and request the portability of your data by writing to contacto@lanzamostutienda.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookie policy

This website only uses strictly necessary technical cookies (for example, the admin dashboard session) and the browser's local storage so you don't lose your configurator draft. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If any are added in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

Fonts are served from our own server: no data is sent to third parties when they load.
